Yup, that's the way I felt too. Also cannot watch Backdraft, his character died in that too, without shedding a tear. I have been a fan for over 30 years, since the Disney movies I saw as a child, I think he is just the best actor ever, why? he is just terrific, you try putting him in a 'box', or genre, action(Snake Plisken), comedy(Captain Ron + others), scary movie (The Thing), romantic (in Silkwood, Overboard), playing real people (Elvis, Herb Brooks)I could go on forever. I totally adore Kurt, and look forward to seeing every movie, again and again.
