It is weird to read about President Chavez possibly sending economic help for a poor prisoner in U.S. What about Venezuelan prisoners? I´m Venezuelan and I can tell you the kind of hell prisoners have to live in my country. From a corrupt judicial system with apalling prison conditions, drugs, killings, blackmail, no trials and the list goes on. Shame if Mr. Chavez helps others before his own fellowmen.
