Every Model being used in advertising is being adjusted for maximum effect in exactly the same way. This would be a news story in a newspaper because ?????

wake the f_ck up Ed; what difference does it make where people get their news from ? she gets massive sums of money for reading a teleprompter; she's an actress. It is also quite apparent she's reading a teleprompter to nobody because her ratings are rock bottom. Just once, I'd like to see something on CBS without them shoving their moronic nightly news in our faces during commercial breaks. 60 Minutes used to be a legitimate news show, now it's a crock of horse dung

Can they do anything to make her smarter?

We hear all the time about CEO's making too much money. An avg CEO is responsible for running a company which employes hundres/thousands of people. They get paid well for what they do.

Katie Couric and Matt Lauer get paid many millions a year to read from a teleprompter. They don't manage a company, aren't responsible for peoples jobs. Are on the air for a minimal amoutn of time. Yet they have the AUDACITY to question these CEO's in person and during news segments for the amount of money they earn--which is often the same or less than what Matt and Katie earn.

Next time they interview someone about their salary, I wish they would throw it back in their faces. Hipocrites!

Now that they made her look thinner, they should give her the drug 'de-assholio' to help correct her other deficiencies. Eventually, they'll get her up to speed. But 99% of everyone else on TV is a moron like her, so there is no real reason to bother.
