Katie Couric, media-bashing's 'poster child,' exits CBS

Ah schucks folks, I guess you all just get any handle on this problem which is that TV should not be the steering force of our thinking. To make up our own minds we should listen to all sides of an issue, try to figure out what the speakers are really saying check the background of what the speakers really support and see if your background agrees with it. Now if you are rich and all you did not get that way reading the PP or watching TV. And if you are rich then you have your money work for you. If you work for money than you Working Class and be proud of it but keep in mind you should be a Democrat or Socialist. Only the rich owners of money are true conservatives. All other issues should as marriages, abortions, public education etc are mere smoke screens to divide the working class. Folks the working class needs to check into the ER, it is on the death bed and the rich are ruling.
As for two women leaving CBS about the same time who are powerful women and democrats can you not see what is really happening ????

Please read and follow the threads. I am in complete agreement that Oprah supports Obama. That is exactly the point I made in my first post. HOWEVER, she is not going to use OWN (your television show)to publicly promote the re-election of Obama because she doe not want to alienate viewers. In 2008 her ratings dipped as a result of voicing her political choice publicly on "Oprah". She does not want that to happen with her new show. BTW, I do not watch Fox.

CBS missed it's chance at ratings domination. They should have advertised it and then did this. They should have picked a hard right newsreader. Have the newscast Right leaning.

Just imagine the ratings. 1 all the libs would be watching and complaining. They would pick up the folks from the right that don't have cable and wanted a newscast from their perspective.

This would drain viewers from Diane and Brian, and CBS would be #1.

There I just gave out the million dollar idea for free.

it doesn't matter which station......they are all BS.....some have more BS than others....

when the news media went from reporting the happenings of the day to "interpeting and forming views"......

the media went to being a propaganda outlet rather than being a news reporting agency.....No longer to be believed about any news report...

The more telling instance of being openly propagand is brian williams commerical telling you .....
