I can't wait for the Red Sox to reem the Yankees out this year so the pug-faced girl-armed traitor can fully understand how painfully shallow and shameful it was to literally get bought out by your wealthier rivals in the most disgsting and humiliating way an athlete could. You shoulda stayed with the Sox Damon, where you would have been a winner, and you would have been loved and respected. Now you will always be known (and not only to Boston) as one of the biggest and cheapest sell-outs ever. But.. at least you have some more money to insulate you from the truth of your shallow pathetic existence.

one of the most shameful incidents that shows in todays sports that loyalty means absolutely nothing!!!sports as we all know today is nothing but a hugh money pool.i loved yesterdays players, rugged, solid and most of all very loyal to their fans and teams..how much money do these players need???..sorry johnny i cannot back you,for you are a classic example of todays players i (was)a big fan of yours how ever "you sold out" your buddys onn the team and the great boston fans..have fun in those pin strips that you so-called hated so bad,(how fake all of that was and all of those war cries you spouted off about ny and the fans!!)your a joke...

I just read Johnny Damon's book Idiot. At the end he lists EVERYBODY who had a part in the world series win from the players and management to front office and maintenance. But he left out Terry Francona who he seemingly had a good relationship with. Does anyone know why he would leave out Francona? Did Damon and Francona have a falling out after the world series? The book was written before he went to the Yankees.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Aquarius

You're in a tricky position because someone who is supposed to know what they're talking about seems to be spouting complete nonsense instead. If this is an older friend or relative then you can simply smile politely and wait for them to rejoin the rest of us on Planet Earth. But if it's a boss or bureaucrat who's talking rubbish or giving you some puzzling orders, you'll be in a quandary about what to do.
