Tim is absolutely right, Leon is a true American rock, blues, pop classic. A true living legion. And right in our own back yard. You can’t claim to be cool if you don’t make this scene.

Tim, GREAT JOB.
My Friend, Beyrooty, who is always "on duty," shares your column with us often, and now I'm a follower too. Leon is overdue for honor and kudos for all HIS work, and it's often left me aghast when someone counters my Leon stories with "Who Dat?" It only gives me an opportuntinity to teach the Martians and Rip Van Winkle's of the world with the simplicity and honesty of LeonRussell's huge volume of work and contributions to the music that we hear today, and long for more from the "Old Masters."
