If the "mandate" is ruled unconstitutional then I am going to call for a class action lawsuit against the state of Texas for giving me a ticket for not having insurance when they pulled me over that one time.

Why do you have the nobody-having-nothing Obama as no godfather but a clone and follower of Bush's business , with none of blueprint of anything, by taking others way---for example---health care (despite telling it is not the way to do health care) still around then?

Where are the Democrat policies? Surely, they don't intend to continue those of the last few years that brought us continuous unemployment of close to 10% and even higher underemployment.
Surely they don't mean to continue throwing MILLIONS of dollars to green companies like Solyndra.
Surely, they don't mean to continue policies that brought us the highest gasoline prices in history.
Surely, they don't meant to continue policies wherein no nation has any respect for our interests

This admnistration thrives on negativity. They will attack insurance companies while handng them over 30 million customers. They will attack auto manufacturers while subsidizing them. They will challenge in court states' attempts to address illegal immigration while honoring the President of the country from which those immigrants come.
