Never mind the fact that this dedicated mother is allowing her 7 year old to watch an adult talk show at 11:30 at night, and after Dave Letterman finishes all his schtick, his first guest isn't brought out until midnight.
Apparently, this mom's lawsuit is about the girl asking "mom, what's an assassin?" That's a real question, and it deserves a real answer, with the opportunity for a morals lesson thrown in.
I hope the judge not only throws this idiotic suit out of court, but I hope he makes her pay for all of Jerry's court costs.

She's suing because her daughter asked what an assassin was? If I wasn't reading this in October, I'd swear this is an April Fools Joke.

This lawsuit makes no sense. I also have a middle name, and I didn't care. I sure as heck didn't feel like there was any defamation taking place.

Not to be picky, but why did the daughter have to "came home from school" before she asked if she supposedly watched it.
