Jazz & Rib Fest kicks off today

Hope the weather's this nice all weekend. I don't think I can hit all the rib stands in one day. The big question is which to visit first? Any suggestions?

I'm cashing out my 401k today to pay for the $25 slabs of dried out ribs.

This event is a joke. This is NOT a sanctioned event and only 2 actually BBQ the rest just throw them on a grill..anybody can do that.... BS to this

They're not cooking them on grills, Einstein. They're smoking the ribs then simply reheating them on grills, something that's done at "sanctioned" events. Get a clue.

Wow, Some serious anger issues here, Just relax and kick back, Enjoy the weekend and be thankful we have another entertainment venue.

What a rip off the rib fest has become.$10 to park almost a half mile away,$2 for a bottle of water, and get this,$6-$7 for a (3) rib sampler? Are you kidding me? Now I know that these "traveling smokers" need to recoup some costs, but come on.

And with over 20 rib vendors...you would have to spend over $160 to sample them all? How else could you vote, if you didnt try them all? I remember when they had one rib, one buck...until that comes back, Im done with it.

You have to pay for the Arena District expansion. NIce area, isnt it?
