My son came home from school today and told me that his swimming teacher has been touching him, i tell my son that it cant be true because ive known the instructor for years, and a few years ago this same instructor was accused of touching another boy, but it wasn't true, the first boy was lying, my son is lying.

This is the response to the Michael Jackson allegations, Michael is accused of touching another underage boy and people insist his innocence even though he had already been accused of the same thing before. It is disgusting that people can overlook the fact that he is being accused of paedophilia because he is MICHAEL JACKSON, it is disgusting that Beyonce (who i am a big fan of) still insists on publicly tributing Michael Jackson even though he has been accused of paedophilia TWICE. As a society we are guilty of double standards, looking at female promiscuity with disgust but turning a blind eye to male promiscuity.

Michael Jackson is a paedophile and his victims have been ostracised from society because of his sickening behaviour and the naivety and neglicence of the parents.

Anybody who says "those boys wanted money, that's why they lied," think about this- they would have been better off blackmailing him and earning money than bringing it to the attention of the media, facing scruitny and having to live in hiding.
He did touch those boys, and i am sure there were more, we can only pray that God will help his victims find peace and hope.

People are accused of things all the times and it does not mean it is true, especially when you look at the fact that this last time was from a family that has gotten over on fraud and lies for a long time. Yet, people are accused everyday of things that are not true, but believable. I have been accused of being a thug and uneducated several times because I'm black. It not true.

IF they did not want money, they would of lock his ass up rather than accepting the money mimi. Plus his personal life has nothing to do with his art. He was a phenomenal artist who has influence an entire culture. That cannot be denied and should not. We don't do it for Elvis who courted a 14 year old precilla. We don't do it for Jerry Lee Lewis, Woody Allen, John Lennon and none of the other artist who went after young partners during their career. Let the art stand, and let God judge the personal life.

In all reality, I do not know how to side on this one. I have never doubted my gut instinct when I meet a person, but that is just it...ain't met him. My big question is, if he was guilty the first time, why in gods name did they continue taking children by the bus load every day to Never Land? For over a decade after the first one, this still continued to happen. And it wasn't like the first one was not publicly known. It is Michael F**king Jackson. You will learn that not everyone agrees with this. It is just the way it is. Considering everything that happened within the last 15 years, even I sometimes wonder what has happened. I know the vitiligo (sorry if spelled wrong) is a fact. I have seen too many early pictures in his pamphlets, concert books and other things where it is indeed showing. But there is just things otherwise that are hard to ignore. And it is excruciatingly painful to see, simply because there will not be another talent like Michael. He has everything there is going in his favor as far as talent. And the things that have happened, his way of dealing with them, and his continuous hiding in the shadows, further into seclusion makes it all that much worse.

i believe he did touch those kids, parents who sent their kids there AFTER he was accused the first time were just sending their children into a trap, why did he pay them off if he didnt touch them.

Like Johnny Cochran said, there was no sure way to say that he could aqquit Michael and it was in Michael best interest to in it. Micahel had everything to lose, including his freedom, while the family had nothing. If someone accused you of something that could end your freedom, what would you do. Being in that situation, I know I would of done anything to get on with my life.

If you can find some proof that make since I would believe it to, but there was no proof and that he was aquitted. It is painful to be accused of something and be powerless in a situation that can change you life forever. When you stand before a judge, and he says it your word against his word and you are a freak with no nose, brighten skin who has all the rumors MJ had about him, or black as was my case. It rough and not everyone has good motives.
