Let others in and let them see the difference and then change diet if they so wish to do.

Explain reason for being a vegetarian firstly.

For example, explain about premature death to animals when the soul is forced out when animal is killed for human consumption.

I hope this helps and is just an opinion.

I think they are totally right to have a vegetarian Hindu school. Most Hindus I have come across ARE vegetarian or approve of it in principle.
I only wish it was closer so I could send my son there.
