The fact that this is the Sharon Tate forum suddenly made me realize that Roman Polanski's "MacBeth", which I feel is the best Shakespeare adaption yet on film, had to have been made only a year or two after Polanski's wife was murdered.
Boy that just adds a whole new level to "The Tragedy of Macbeth". |
