My mother, or whoever did educate you, should INDEED give you your money back, although I have this wild suspicion that you didn't attend any school in your lifetime that charges money for your education.
I am sure the "Old" Black Panthers appreciate you pointing out that you are a "New" Black Panther and not affiliated with them. I doubt that they want people who are unable to form and write actual sentences claiming to be a part of their organization.
