Evangelical leader Dobson leaving radio show

James Dobson, the voice of conservative Christian group Focus on the Family, will no longer host its flagship radio broadcast and is cutting formal ties with the organization that he founded more than 30 years ago, the evangelical group said Friday.

Baptist religion founder John Smyth had to do the same thing. He also left the Religion he founded because his followers became too radical and distorted what he beleived was the Way to salvation. He joined the Menonite Religion. The Bible's message has not changed since it's formation in the year 365 AD , but It's interpretation certainly has. Martin Luther's messages to his followers on Salvation were thrown to the wayside also because his followers interpreted the Bible differently. Go figure.

These right wing leaders are a tremendous disservice to our country. They stir up the ignorant and keep us from progressing. Conservative religious folk are very similar to the bleating sheep in George Orwell's "Animal Farm".
