He wanted me to show him everywhere I had self-harmed and was probably scarred by the things I've done. I do no cut for attention nor do I tell many people, I do have four friends who thought they would want to try group-harm and even a suicide pact. I showed them all of my scars and they decided against it. Even now, years after all the harm, I've become allergic to so many things, and have health problems from the blood loss that I have to be heavily medicated for it and watched closely for what to eat. I had another break a while ago and ripped open my arms with my nails... And almost died. So, in turn, any form of self-harm never helps; I should know I've tried many.
