Looking for Eric Clapton Ticket Buying Experiences and Stories

Dear Eric Clapton Fans:
I am doing research on a book I am writing and am looking for input and experiences and stories from Eric Clapton fans that have ever bought Eric Clapton tickets or any tickets to any event actually from TicketMaster, a box office, a ticket broker, a ticket scalper, on CraigsList or eBay, etc.
I am looking for ticket buying and ticket selling experiences and stories, negative and positive. Did a ticket scalper sell you some cheap concert tickets and make your day or sell you some fake tickets to the game and ruin your week? Did a ticket box office employee go out of their way to get you good theatre tickets or sell you concert tickets that did not exist once the stage was set-up? Did you buy Eric Clapton tickets on eBay and never get them or try and buy Super Bowl tickets on CraigsList and get burned in a scam? I think everyone has had a negative experience with TicketMaster but does anyone have any positive stories about TicketMaster?
A little background and full disclosure. I am a ticket broker of 20 years and currently own WebTickets.com . WebTickets.com is an online ticket broker company. I started out as a ticket scalper and traveled the world for a few years scalping tickets and going to concerts and sporting events. Basically I became a ticket scalper because it was a job that went hand in hand with and helped finance my addiction of going to concerts and sporting events.
The book I am writing will be about the history of tickets and the evolution of the ticket business. Box offices, tickettron, ticketmaster, ticket scalpers, ticket brokers, eBay, CraigsList, etc and how the ticket business has changed thanks to the Internet.
My hook for the book focuses on the fan, the ticket buying consumer and that is why I am looking for input from people that buy tickets every day. I want to hear from the fans that are buying concert tickets, theatre tickets and sports tickets and having good and bad experiences in the process.

bought 2...turn out to be fake. the security at the gate took our tickets and show me his pocket full of fake tickets.
