Gary Allan and Blake Shelton at the New Mexico State Fair this past Friday, Sept 5th... I'm a HUGE Gary fan and I must say, I was disappointed. We were at the same hotel as he and the band, and lemme say that the band members were TOTALLY classy (not a bunch of punks)- never saw Gary, but it's cool... but his concert, wow. Not WOW, but merely wow- I've seen him at the old Midnight Rodeo which is totally a bar scene and it TOTALLY fit him- but his new set up- with totally new band members (no Jake Kelly, no Odie)- as seen on DirectTv's 101- is very, um, blahze. He did only the new stuff, nothing prior to Smoke Rings... BRING US SOME OLD GARY BACK, PLEASE!! I can see someone with a millions hits like George Strait nixing the old, but c'mon- it helped get you to where you are! There are still some die hard fans out there!!

Went to his concert in kinder Louisiana. Gary Allen is a great singer and performer.I mwould go back in a minute.Everyone that enjoys concerts,he is a must see. You won't regret it.
