Drake Bell recovering at home after crash

The other driver didn't try to kill Drake, he fell asleep at the wheel and hit him head on! I know it doesn't excuse the driver though because he was supposed to be responsible like pulling over if he was tired instead of driving. That was very irresponsible but seriously, he didn't try to cause the car wreck!
