The headline of this article is totally misleading! The accompanying photo shows Kiefer and date crossing the street alongside a pregnant woman. The woman is not in labor and does not appear to be in any distress or in need of any assistance.

The headline suggests that Kiefer was wrong to ignore her and the article suggests he should have called 911. Why?

Does this author call 911 every time he sees a pregnant woman cross the street?

I don't think he was ignoring her. I think he was ignoring the idiot with the camera following him down the street.
