Losing someone like Don Knotts is like losing one of the family. You knew this day would come, but somehow we thought it never would. Thank goodness for reruns so Barney will never really leave us.

I think he was a wonderful person. When he died it was like losing a family member. I think people will remember him most as the hilarious Deputy Barney Fife on the Andy Griffith Show. When he died everyone that has ever heard of the Andy Griffith Show should mourn his sudden death back in 2006. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
