Anyone know how to e-mail DVD (or his Fan Club)?
My son wanted nothing more than to dress up as Bert from Mary Poppins, and the pictures might tickle him.
Thx.

I've never done this before, but I felt very strongly about letting Mr. Van Dyke know that I've enjoyed his shows for many years. I've watched him in Bye Bye Birdie, the Dick Van Dyke Show, Diagnosis Mystery, and recently on the Halmark Channel on the Halmark Mysteries. Some things go unnoticed but I want him to know that his talent is among the greatest and I believe he will be among the classics for a long time to come. tlj

I watched the Dick Van Dyke show religiously. I used to dream about marrying him and having the life he had with Laura of course I was only about 12 or 13 at the time.

I would like to get in touch with Mr. Van Dyke and let him know he is really missed on tv. I loved The Dick Van Dyke show and Diagnosis Murder so much. I had a huge crush on Barry. It would be so cool to just talk to this wonderful man, his fascination with Laurel and Hardy is fascinating to me,as I am obsessed with OLD movie stars only. My house is decorated in old movie stars, so I call it an Old Movie Star House. I would love to chat with Dick about all the old movies and movie stars. He is a class act. Denise H.

I really loved him in that show 'Eight is Enough'. His portrayal of a frustrated father of eight was...oh!Excuse me ,I'm thinking of Dick Van Patten! Did anyone see the play Mary Tyler Moore and Dick Van Dyke did?I believe it was called'Bookends'. It was a dramatic efford on PBS some time ago. I missed it. I kept telling myself to be sure and watch PBS on the date it was to show but it slipped my mind!(Twice!PBS did a repeat performance and I missed that too!) I believe that's a problem some of us who saw the first run of'Dick Van Dyke Show'may be having these days! Mr.Van Dyke, along with others during that time such as Johnathan Winters,Dick Gregory and Lenny Bruce, helped to shape my sense of humor and my outlook on life. It's too bad he doesn't go on tour. Not with a production but as Dick Van Dyke in a setting like'The Actor's Studio'.He could sit and ansewer leading questions and then field some questions from the audience. He's an interesting fellow and quick too. It would be a great evening!

MY FAV EPISODE OF"THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW WAS THE ONE WHERE ROB ACCIDENTLY GOT HIPNOTIZED< & DID THAT REALLY FUNNY EPISODE WITH HIS JACKET< WHILE HE WAS TALKING TO MARGE"HIS SECRETARY" ON THE PHONE. HE ACTED LIKE HE WAS DRUNK, & GOT RAPPED-UP IN HIS OWN SPORTSCOAT. DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THAT EPISODE? IT WAS SO HILARIOUS, THAT I TAPED IT. I ALSO LOVED ALL OF THE EPISODES.
