Diana Ross slept her way to the top of Motown, says new book

Dians Ross didn't sleep her way to the top. Only jealous people would say something like that. Also Diana's solo career was even more successful after she left the Supremes. People are jealous of Ms. Ross because of what she has acheived. Could anyone else accomplish her efforts. If so either put up or shut up.

How does her sleeping with everyone in the company get more citizens to buy her music?

Diana Ross has accomplish more than any female singers except grammys. She has more no.1 singles than Aretha Franklin but not more than Mariah Carey. Also Diana Ross had to compete against tougher competition in the 60's than today's act. She had to go up against the Beatles, Elvis Pressley and other acts. Lady Diana possessed more talent in her pinky than Brittany Spears. So when you talk about class and dignity, think Diana Ross.

if ross slept her way to the top she's in good company with katherine hepburn, lauren bacall, and hillary clinton. it tears the haters apart to admit ross made it the old fashioned way -- talent, hard work, charisma and courage. ross is the american dream. if sleeping around is what it takes to make it to the top everybody in show business would be a superstar.

Love between a diva and her boss, derives from the talent vocals that captivates the world. When it starts to bring revenue for ALL parties, the love is greater. So much is the love, that both create a beautiful child. Many years have gone by, yet the love between Diana Ross and Barry Gordy, embedded forever. This book is garbage and not worth reading...if you ever read the national enquierer...well to say the least their writing is so much better...how can one ignorant fool write a book based on rumors only......yes berry gordy fell in love with the woman...but like liz smith says he fell in love with the voice..then in love with the woman. this is a waste of ink...print and advertising...i have never in my mind read such dribble and thats just the part where he says she slept her way to the top.....this author or tabloid author (and that term author is used as loosely as that writer is not a writer) has not done his work...this book deserves to be shove up his but, where all trash belongs!

I was a bigger fan of Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, but these statements about Ross are mean.
