Bret TRIES to sing. Lets face it. The "highlight" of his existence was the time he f**cked Pam Anderson. And, now he has to settle for skanks who pretend he is still a "star".

R U kidding me?!?!? Joe Elliot has lost his voice years ago!! Did u hear how terrible he sounded 2nite in Detroit?! I mean, hang it up already!!! The whole band has lost is creativity! They haven't had anything good since 1987 and nothing that rocked since 1983!!!

Sorry everyone but ticket sales show differently! Poison always sells out to major concert arenas and the Mighty Lep can only (barely) fill second rate venues anymore. On a personal note, I wish both bands would try to find "that rock side" again and quit worrying about a commerical success!

both singers and bands made wonderful music that everyone should love! They always sell lots of tickets wherever they play.

This whole hatred of either one of them, or anybody else from the 80's for that matter, is stupid and a completely pointless waste of time and energy.

I don't know where you get your information, but Poison hasn't sold out any venue is years, where as Def Leppard still consistantly fills arenas. And as to Brett reply that with Poison the music comes first, what do you call that crap show of his on VH-1? I guess Poison has sold out something after all, their credibility.

I have to agree. Only someone DESPERATE for money and attention would degrade themselves like Michaels has done with his show about f..king sluts.

Both bands have played & paid there dues..out of respect for there works,appreciate the music & talents of both and lets tell the media to get a life and not start up shit...media sucks!Bands rock!

I was appauled to see that someone was wishing ill on either band member. Joe was asked a question and he was voicing his opinion. It is how Joe is, he tells you how things are, there is no sugarcoating with him. Joe is intitled to his opinion just as we are our own opinions. But to wish ill on anyone is uncalled for. Name one band that has been through as much as Def Leppard has been and that is still together. Name one band that is more like a family than bandmates. Name one band that does not publicize any disagreements if any that they may have. I know I can. Just remember what you do to others, or wish on others may come back to you ten fold. I wish both Brett and Joe can put aside their differences and continue on the tour and rock that stage.

I just saw these guys in San Bernardino Ca. Posion and Def Leppord worked their asses off. I am not a fan of Posion but their were a couple of kick ass tunes were as the Leppord boys put on one of the best shows that I have seen in a while. Joe's voice is a bit strained but who give a crap so he could not hit some of the high stuff. The guys brought it and deliverd a great show.
