That's not very fair. Jennifer said it's not really meant to be funny. Give her a break, she's worked in comedy for more than 20 years - a human can only deliver so much.

jennifer is a comedy legend,you only need to look at her brilliant writting over the last two decades to see that ,i havnt seen jam &jerusalem yet but knowing her work and as someone else said it will get better.and besides even if it didnt live up to her usual brilliance we all know she is brilliant!

You're so right that it gets better and better, but you must stay with it. It took about 3 episodes before I got really hooked, and now I'm entranced.

I just downloaded and watched all the episodes and it was so funny. At least I thought so. Watching it makes you wish you were a part of the little town and their guild.

People are always so reluctant to changes and prefer bi**ing about them. The guys who wrote this are probably so narrowminded that they can't even make a distinction between a character and a real person. They expect Jennifer to be Edina forever. Well it's time for them to wake up and discover how wonderful and utterly complex Jennifer really is.

i agree, she has said she just wanted to write something about a community. who says it has to be fall down funny. i like the show. its not abfab and its never going to be abfab because its not meant to be that show.
