Van Halen Rumored To Be Releasing New Single Soon

Even IF VH comes out with a new album it will not be that great. Michael Anthony is gone, knife in back bleeding profusely. Many fans feel betrayed by that. It IS NOT a reunion without the original 4. Now I know you DLR Army people will say that M.A. does not matter but real Van Halen fans see it exactly that way and the reality is; Drug abuse has stolen Eddies talent, as it does so many. Dave is not 10% of what he used to be. That boat sailed looong ago. It should've happened when Hagar first exited the band but because of egos, drugs, booze, or whatever it could not happen. All of these years VH fans have been through a lot. I know, because I am one. VH doesn't give a sh^t about their fans because if they did then they would've released a DVD with old & new unseen footage, for the fans who are waiting patiently, but again, VH are a buncha di*ks towards fans. They couldn't even put their differences aside for the fans for 1 hour at their own induction into the R & R Hall Of Shame! I, like many could care less what the F they release or do. It's too little, too late. Van Halen has become a buisness/cash machine. CHA-CHING! It's time to cash in! Eddie is now focused ONLY on pawning his bastardised LP & awkward gear on 'noobs' & fans alike to line his pockets. They don't have the love for music that they once had. That was gone loong ago.
And seriously, do any of you think that DLR & the boys will hold it together very long? If you do then you are neive. DLR ALREADY has to record his parts in another location because of EGO between all of them. This is the LAST CA$H GRAB and NOTHING MORE. They have no use for us anymore and that was clear a long time ago. These are very narcasistic people. Also, Eddie has always said that he didn't wanna go back, only forward. So why then are they digging through old demos? Because they cannot write anything new? I feel embarrassed to be a Van Halen fan. I would have never believed all that has happened if someone would have showed me the future of Van Halen in 1984. Very sad. I'm surprised that Eddie hasn't been found dead yet from an overdose but that's what I think it will come to. And Sammy is fu*^ed up for writing that book. I lost all respect for him aswell. With friends like that who needs enemies, right? It supposed to be about the music, Not a go*%amn soap opera. I bet if they were broke they would have put out ten albums by now but they have gotten comfortable, which is a very dangerous thing for anyone to do because you get lazy. Money is evil for all who possess it. Greed is what has happened to America. The new music on the radio. That is about money, not love or passion. I live in the past because today is so lame. Not just the music either. TV shows are lame, commercials are lame, movies are lame. Who has taken over the music industry? Who controls the movie industry? Who owns all of the banks & Wal-Street? Who owns all of the medias? Who I ask you! Because THEY are responsible for the suckiness.

You know, I agree with about 95% of all of that ...except, I can't help but think that DLR has gone from flake to glue. He has been incredibly patient and on their last tour, he sounded awesome. I was impressed as hell because he sounded like shit on the 1984 tour. Let's think about what has changed tho. Stage monitors can't do you justice when your own voice is being drowned out by a wall of Marshall amps. The new wireless and in-ear technology gives a guy who has great charisma and a great voice a chance to not have to over sing just to hear himself. Eddie and Alex are phsyco .. I agree, but I liked Eat Em and Smile better than the synth based 5150 back in the day .. so maybe the retro demo idea isn't such a bad one anyway. That was the Van Halen I preferred anyway!

Warner Bros. screwed VH real bad pre '86. Contracts that Mo Ostin laughed at. Hagar's real book was written 10 years ago but never came out, his first wife's words are hilarious. Ever talk to EVH now? I have, he slurs and stammers cause 1/3 of his tongue is gone. Roth was so broke 15 years ago he had a Vegas act and opened for people. EVH still hits the sauce hard. WVH weighs about 250 now.

EVH did all the bass parts on the new one.... like it really mattered, there was never bass on any VH record to begin with. WVH is just a cardboard cut out onstage...you can hear Hagar in interviews say he & Michael actually hear prerecorded back up vocals of MA on Runnin, Jamie's etc. on the last tour. He called it a joke. WMG is on fumes, if the LP tanks you can expect the '81 live CD, unreleased stuff (garbage, even EVH agrees) come on out. True, DLR punched in his vocals in Burbank while Alex & Eddie recorded up at 5150. Roth does all the lyrics anyway. Sure the rumour has it the album sucks but the tour is where it happens. It was mixed in July and WMG has no idea when to drop the turd.

I do think Van Halen can come up with an excellent album; I wasn't expecting much from DLR on stage (yes, I crossed the Atlantic to watch them in Philly) and he and the band rocked!

Van Halen want to make sure their release of the new single and album coincide with John Lennon and his love child daughter happening. That is why David Lee Roth and Eddie put their differences aside because they want to tribute Lennon and his secret that is soon to be revealed. You will see when this happens and it should happen soon because the Michael Jackson trial is coming. That is also why their album release is taking so long. The Jackson family have to fork over a huge inheritance to John Lennon's 47 year old love child.
