I couldn't disagree with tis review any more. I think counting crows were terrible. Adam Duritz is completely stuck on himself as if his own poo doesn't stink. They didn't play any hit songs at all. During the set you could hear two things; the noise of the crowd talking because they weren't into the performance and the sound of people heading out the door for a beer or smoke. Maroon 5 was awesome. They were tight and had excellent musicianship. I was blown away by their level of talent. Well gotta go. I have some Counting Crows cd's to burn. After that show, I actually hate this band now.

I agree JFM. I hated CC before this concert....I hate them more now. LOL I only went to see Maroon 5, and they were so spectacular live...that I would suffer through another CC concert just to hear M5 again!

I have seen Counting Crows twice before and each was much better then this pathetic set. The crowd could have cared less and only came alive when it was too late. They did play a few good songs but Adam was just too emotional. Thankfully, Maroon 5 came out and just jammed hit after hit after hit on an audience begging for some attention. They mixed in a few other songs smoothly and just seemed to capture what the audience wanted better then the crows could.

Here is the CC setlist and they were awesome. They played hit songs from all of their albums. Miami, Colorblind and Children in Bloom sounded amazing. These three losers above obviously don't know a damn thing about music. I think their allegiance to Maroon 5 a subpar band at best, says it all. Rain King (Mr. Jones alts) Mrs. Potter's Lullaby Richard Manuel Is Dead Hanging Tree Goodnight Elisabeth (F Your X-mas alts) Washington Square Omaha Sundays Children in Bloom Colorblind Miami (I'm Sorry alts) ...About the Greybird Organization A long December (Murder of One alts)

I was at the Hartford CC show. These fools are pathetic. The CC was amazing and awesome. You call yourself a men and you go to see M5? Are you serious. The dude wears tight white pants appeals to 13 year old girls? I laugh my ass off thinking about a guy telling another guy he went to see M5. I stayed for 2 songs for M5 and left, I couldn't take it. I just couldn't care less about them. The CC set list wasn't what I would of chosen, but it still was awesome to see them live and they played great.

ADAM!!! I've never seen him before and I would again at the drop of a hat if the opportunity arrived. Adam is a rush of emotion that grabs you by the coat tail and takes you on a ride that you won't forget. He did not touch on the new album as much I thought he would. He does a song about Christmas (I'm not sure of the title) but be sure to be sitting if he sings it, if not it will knock you to the floor with the strong emotion that he feels and shares so openly. I can't think of anyone else to compare him with, he stands strong and he has touched me. He also does a song called "Miami" that I liked and his group is very tight. Maroon Five, I am not a fan and they crawled under my skin like a bad disease (what's up with his voice very annoying!!!

The Counting Crows suck. What a pathetic performance at the meadows. They were the first band I ever saw that had people running for the door and talking to their friends over listening to their music. And that graybird crap, if I wanted to be solicited for money I don't need some cut rate singer doing it at a concert I paid for and had to listen to. At least when he was talking he wasn't singing!
