Slick Willie, as an attorney, didn't recognize a BJ as aligning with the definition of having sex. I'm not a big fan of Bill's politics, I respect his ability to bring opposing sides together, he's a great ambassador, but I sort of agree with him; I don't see where a BJ is having sex.
It is more along the lines of sodomy, or the new legal term,'deviant sexual intercourse,' so, I guess the law calls it sex, so, my argument doesn't stand. A flaccid argument, like Bill's, Oh well......
