Afterthought -- Joe says Hello from another time -- you like the new look? I was wondering if could shorten your posts a bit I only get an hour for breakfast.

Not at all - I was just addressing the comment that liberals don't serve. |

nitpicking is a specialty I see, and what is your winning strategy,...you think the war is lost in afghanistan ? why?.....we have the help of many many nations there. Why is the war lost in Iraq? |

Damn right I know what you do with your time. Not hard to pigeon hole a bon bon eatin slob like yourself. Dynamite response on the facts..... a fart joke and one "it doesn't matter". You lightweight ( intellectually that is - certainly not physically ). You had nothin from the beginning and you still have nothin. |
well I could come up with a 4000 word response. Would it change your mind? |

kerdy.
Still, it’s quite obvious that the only one you truly supported was bush and you never really gave a damn the Iraqi's and the Troops since day one. If you felt any real compassion and empathy you would want our troops home now, but it's obvious you don't... And as I said in my previous post. You can continue to praise and make excuses for bush to your hearts content, after all he’s your man. I certainly don’t want him. HAPPY EASTER??? |

aw we land punches in iraq, democrats just hit the canvas: " war is just like boxing" said general patton " when you get your opponet on the ropes, you must keep on punching the hell out of him and not let him recover". today in iraq, the enemy is on the ropes, our airforce has pummeled al-qaeda with 40,000 pounds of bombs. soldiers and marines have reduced northern al-qaeda safe havens to rubble contractors are delivering tons of supplies one time insurgent strong holdholds are returning to peace, one would expect aspiring political leaders not only to laud our troops for their great work but to admit to a total pullout on a predetermined schedule might be just a tad premature.instead, the 2008 candidates on the democratic side stubbornly deny the possible troop victory that`s finally in our sights in a grotesque swap for a political victory, they`re bascially rooting our defeat over their which has me rooting for their{democrats} defeat over here.

So now it's kerdy that doesn't care for Iraqis....hmmm ...Happy 4th of July???? |

consider sen.hillary clinton at the most recent debate, she was ask if she`d reassesed her position that the next president will " have a war to end in iraq" in light of recent progress her robotic response: " i`m committed to withdraw our troops and to put the iraqi government on notice that their time is running out" sen.clinton does not let the facts get in the way of a political arguement, " i`m looking to bring our troops home starting with 60 days of my becoming president" she promises. for his part sen.obama always tells voters he wants to be as careful getting out as we were getting in, but he also promises an speedy withdrawl regardless of the dynamics on the ground there are heartening facts that last month iraq paid off it`s $467 million loan from the international monetary fund ahead of schedule and that oil production has exceeded targets the last 3 months with revunues now being shared by sectarian cooperation absent a national requiring it.

next january, some one else will be responsible for the war effort my vote this year will be for the one punching the enemy in the corner, not throwing in the towel.

As I've often said. It's ever so easy for the bush supporters to appear all macho and gung ho, just as long as they’re safe at home or in the office typing on the keyboard and most definitely out of harms way. Same as bush, only I don't think the man can type. But the coward does have the advantage that none of us have, and that's being surrounded by countless secret service men. So he can act all macho and gung ho to his hearts content.
HAPPY EASTER??? |

I have to agree on the border. Something MUST be done. Health care???? How is this the presidents concern? This is a democracy, not a socialist government. It isnt the governments responsibility to supply health care. If you want to attack someone because its not affordable, go after health care and the people involved in the greed that controls it. Spending out of control....we are at war. Look at history to see the parallel. America owing money to other countries, two words....Fair Tax. Housing market out of control, one word....GREED! So, out of everything you just wrote, the only thing I agree on that the President is accountable for is the border. You cant blame everything on one person. His responsibilities only go so far. Are you going to blame him that your car insurance is too high next? What about your water bill? Maybe the cost of your sneakers. |

That whole global terrorism thing went right over your head, didnt it! I have no idea what you are talking about? Do a little more research why dont you? Besides, what difference would it make if that were true? Which it isnt. NONE! |

Thank you for proving you have no idea what you are saying. Bush didnt serve in the National Guard, huh? That was all make believe, right? Let me guess, you still believe Dan Rather. The guy who was fired from CBS because he was grossly inaccurate. |

It isnt. After a couple of years of Dems saying that it was, they now have to eat crow. I bet they hate that! |
again, Kerdy, I am just addressing the comment made here that liberals don't serve. If you do some research, you will find that I have stated facts about who has served in the military and who hasn't. Doesn't really make much difference to me, but a lot of righties who post on these forums keep calling liberals cowards who don't serve in the military so I am just attempting to set the record straight. |

You mean like bush did by leaving Afghanistan & attacking Iraq allowing the Taliban to re-group & get stronger. |

Rather was right. The documentation was wrongly established, but the story was true. |
