Actually, this new version is quite impressive. I have long been a huge detractor of the Earthquake ride and used to beg for its removal from the park. However, having just taken a ride on this new version...it is very well done.

Disney has been doing this for years. Welcome to the game Universal.

In all honesty, if Disney has been doing this for years already, I don't know that they've done it as well with what appears to be an actual human as in this attraction. It really is pretty darn good.

As a Magician, I deplore the article and its revealing the techniques used by magicians to earn a living. There are many magicians that uses these devices and tools to entertain. The reporter is a complete irresponsible jerk. Hopefully as many magicians as possible complain to the Orlando Sentinel and its editor about this story and he be taught responsible reporting. wonder how he would like it if we got copies of all his stories and released them to the internet or other newspapers ahead of him.

The topper though is when you call for reprisals that should befall the reporter for writing the truth.

Interesting... makes one wonder if a case could be made for conspiracy if a ticket holder sued a "magician" for failing to produce actual magic and named the Sentinel reporter as a co-conspirator if he hadn't told the truth? Just kidding.

But are you getting a clue, Mr "magician", why top "magicians" now refer to themselves as illusionists rather than "magicians"?
