If your a dancer, then I think you owe it to yourself to just be grateful that you have a job, and you should just dance. You had a wonderful supportive artistic director, one who really cared about his dancers and they went behind his back to form a union. There are so many good dancers out of work, looking for work, getting ready to graduate from school and audition for YOUR job, and you do something stupid. No one ever goes into the arts to get rich, and it takes so much PR to raise the money to try to run a company....who needs a bunch of spoiled dancers making things even harder?????Let them get a real job and start over with dancers who care about the art!
