1 Although I didn't fully agree 100% with his gun policies, his political bearings were of the 'old' school. Although he was a "Goldwater' type conservative, he didn't believe in what the Republican party represents today. He supported JFK when he thought his policies were good for the country. It wasn't the 'us' vs.'them' mentality we have today. Too bad he's gone. |
