It delights me when a comedy rouses SERIOUS political comment. Hahahahahaha

HA!!! Moore refers to the "most rabid conservatives" then launches an attack which makes Zucker's film seem like a church social!!!!

Sheesh - insulting Trace Atkins?

When performers are involved in a left wing production which offends Americans, it is ART - and they are just artists. Is that protective clause only applicable when it insults red state America?

But the icing here is that he refers to the CONSERVATIVE slave owners - Moore - you need to bone up on history

And - hey lighten up, eh? We have comedians like Chris Rock explaining how white folks are going to rob Obama of the election - and that is JUST HUMOR according to the defenders - so hey - let American Carol be a comedy!!

The comment that got my attention was the one about leftist distributors.
Up here in that Tory refuge, Canada,
(also a refuge for reluctant US warriors, which Roger didn't mention)
I have been looking for theatre listings for The Carol without success.Distribution problems?

Hey Roger Moore, Hitler WAS A LEFTIST who believed in the ultra-socialist state in much the same way that todays liberals in America believe. He was an atheist who believed in secularization,(sound familiar) which made him just as similar to most liberal thinking Americans who despise God and see no use for laws based on religious principles.

By the way, Hitler's NAZI party was the acronym for the NATIONAL SOCIALIST PARTY of Germany. Socialist, I'd say that sounds pretty far left to me. A lot of the socialist laws in Germany today were initiated by Hitler's leftist, seculurized welfare-state society of the 1930's, so that just proves how left-wing the fuhrer was.

If you don't want to believe it, then keep drinking Bill Maher's (hypocrite) kool-aid. Bill Maher, the man who despises organized religion but believes in the Jewish state of Israel...how ironic.

I actually arrived at this review because I was looking for a Toronto area theatre that was showing American Carol. Can you believe that the largest city in Canada, Toronto, with a metropolitan area as large as most American cities did not have one theatre showing this movie on a Sunday evening?

That shows how liberal the mainstream media is, and how partial these movie distributers are to showing liberal, socialist and marxist propaganda. Then liberals talk about censorship from the political right, when it is the liberal left who conspire to practice covert censorship while trying to pretend they're all for free speech.(providing of course, it's their views) PURE HYPOCRISY AND MALICIOUS EVIL.

Most brain dead review I have ever read. Roger, Hitler was leader of the Nazi - National Socialist German Workers’ Party which was a socialist party, which is ultra left, well, second to the communists. Now people like Roger like to claim nazis are right wing, Oswald who shot Kennedy was right wing (he was a communist), and southern republicans were blocking integration the 60's. Check it out for yourselves people. Those were democrats blacking the school doors. Hell, the democrats oldest congressional leader is a former leader of the KKK.

OMG! This movie sounds awesome! I don't care if it distorts reality for laughs; I'm used to seeing that in all the movies from the Left over the last 165 years! LOL!
