Zucker, Nielsen Return For 'American Carol' Clunker

One hundred and sixty-five years after Charles Dickens called for civic reform, compassion, humanity and charity to be watchwords in human life with "A Christmas Carol," Hollywood's most rabid conservatives ...

Roger Moore is really worked up about this - I guess he proves the saying that "liberals have no sense of humor." But what a joy to read the deranged Moore slamming his thick head against the wall - if it were up to him, he would have banned this movie long ago!

As for his ignorant crack about conservatives being the Canadian bound Tories - how is it the 'liberals' of our founding have now morphed into the 'liberals' that hate America, hate religion, and hate the traditional family? Our founders were capitalist and classically liberal - not socialist and leftist like the kooks of Moore's ilk today. I gather that he is nostalgic for the French leftism that turned a revolution into a bloodbath, and murdered any monarchists they could get their hands on! The history of the political left is one of genocide and holocaust - and there's nothing funny about that.

You're a dim bulb Moore - stick to bong loads and cheetos, and try to remember that no one really gives a crap what you think!

Stem Cell Research is no longer an issue. Scientists recently found a way to obtain excellent new stem cells without embryos.
That's good news for everyone!

Oh, I gotta see this movie now...Any film that would send a whiney bedwetter like Roger Moore into such a invective laden, saliva slinging, foot stomping hissy-fit has got to be worthy of a little slice of my stimulus check...

You sir are an idiot. Nice unintelligent review by the way. But I doubt Zucker is expecting anything less. This is exactly what I'm sure he was hoping to see. Critics like you immediately denouncing the film to show your support for liberal Hollywood. If you genuinely disliked the film, fine. But you didn't even try to your left-leaning political bias in your review. Well done Einstein !

Oh my! You liberals can dish it out but you sure can't take it-where's your sense of humor? Have you been just as horrified at all the anti-America movies Hollywood has been spewing out or the anti-religion rant that passes for a Bill Maher movie? Where's your self-righteous indignation over that? Relax, don't worry, anti-American, anti-family, anti-religious, pro left wing and terrorist loving movies will always be Hollywood's bread and butter so chill out and get over yourself!

BTW Moore - you're comment that "Hitler was a racist, anti-Semite, uniform-loving, flag-waving fascist, also known as an ultra-ultra-conservative. " That describes leftism perfectly - read a book or two before you make such stupid statements. Fascism is a leftist movement (first example: Mussolini was a leftist)- and Hitler was the leader of a Nationalist Socialist party (Nazi). Fascism: government enforced secular religion...sound conservative to you?

You're not only a thin skinned partisan, you're not very bright. Stick to reviewing movies that don't ask you to think very hard, would ya?

A liberal columinists hating a film because it attacks all that is holy to the leftwing? Sounds like my kind of film! Thanks Mr. Moore, you and the humor challenged left (unless of course it's SNL portraying Sarah Palin for the 100th time)are motivating me to go see this film. Sounds like a good one!

Finally! We can enjoy a conservative comedic spin instead of the other way around. Obviously this film got under your skin. Just as Palin demolishing Biden and the 17 lies he spoke in the VP debate last night. Grow up! It's just a movie. You liberals can't stand to be criticized for the painful and unjust way you spin the stories. Why isn't it time for conservative fair play?

I love when liberals get so worked up...it's hilarious! This movie must be great!!
Finally, a good movie. Hollywood normally churns out so much crap! So much unfunny, vulgar schlock year after year. I cannot believe these celebrities even show their face...on a tabloid! The only thing anyone ever seems to write about them is with whom they are sleeping! So gross!!

This reviewer is clearly biased. And would he think Michael Moores cr*p movies are high brow film with redeeming value???

The movie is meant to be comical- it seems funny, like art, is in the eye (and mind) of the beholder. Isn't that what you all preach?

It would be laughable if it weren't so pathetic......the myopic utopia of self righteous delusion the reviewer and people like him live in.....

You liberals can dish it out but you can't take it! It's about time someone pokes a little fun out of the whole situation, because if we can't laugh at how far left hollywood as gone then we'd be crying!

Good grief, Mr. Moore. Can you at least make a good faith attempt at being an objective reviewer? Do you really have to be so brazen in revealing your biases? You are merely confirming what Mr. Zucker and the cast of this movie has percieved. Now I am going to make a point to see it.

The week got off to a rocky start, but looks like it's ending well despite continued economic turmoil. Sarah Palin's dynamite debate performance, O'Reilly lambasting Bawney Fwank and Dick Morris setting Alan Colmes back on his Gucci loafered heels. All this on top of the release of a movie the Hollywood lefties HATE. Another great reason to be sure it makes a good box office showing!
