I'm just thrilled that Glenn Close received a nod. Cheers to her and I hope she wins. As for the other categories, I don't want to see James Spader or James G. win again. Someone else please!!!

Must we go with the same actors and shows again and again and again?? Seriously, Tony Shaloub again? Yes, I love Monk and am a huge fan but it's not like Monk is any different than what he was before so essentially Shaloub is being rewarded for playing the same way time and again - he's not that great! Where is Michael Urie's (Ugly Betty's Marc) nomination or anyone from the new shows like Chi McBride from Pushing Daisies or Adam Baldwin and the guy who played Harry Tang in Chuck?
What about Jared Padelicki or Jensen Eckles from Supernatural? I'm sick and tired of seeing the same old faces when they haven't really done anything new to justify being rewarded. |
