The people at the Times Horrid missed the boat because of their egos and self centered, close minded articles. When is the last times the Times Herald reported anything good about Vallejo?

Rich Freeman and Jack Bungarbage need go back home to their mansions in Benicia and stay out of Vallejo.

The democrats have been dismanteling our military every chance they got. From selling our bases to Hollywood to leting our bases become dilapidated. Rememeber our military scrounging around in garbage dumps to protect themselves?
Now his brilliance in Washington has our spy satellites tracking polar bears while China is building subs and flat tops.
And building a 6 million man more than woman population.
Gee what could go wrong there?
I agree with your comment, Amazing how this country has gotten in the shape its in... while the select few lined there pockets.

I say all WDC needs to be replaced.

You are a FASCIST as is Anndee. You are both set out to turn the US of A into a dumping ground for the dictators of Communist China, Saudi Arabia and Goldman Sachs. That is what you are...lowlifes.
You wake up everyday thinking up ways to subvert democracy, bankrupt the republic, enslave Americans to money. We know who you are and we despise your unGodly selves.
That's really the best you can do? More name calling. I guess if you either had a coherent thought in your head or contributed to society in any meaningful way we might get a little more out of you.

Based on your rambling rhetoric you might want to look into relocating to a cave in Afghanistan. I think you'll find people there that share your twisted sense of the western world.

No one regulates them. Don't you understand?
That is the entire point. The FDA, as with all regulators, are revolving doors for lobbyists for the very corporations they regulate. This is what Ronnie Bongo Reagan gave to YOU and to ME and to us all....the killing of government.
Don't you know that the mantra of RepubliCrats everywhere is to make government so small it can be drowned in the bathtub? They chant this openly. They have no fear of being voted out or unemployed when they say they want to kill the USA. Don't you get it?
You think it is bad having salmonella in salami, lead in toys, poison in pet food and toothpaste? Just wait. Just wait a few years and the piddling consumer protections we have today will go away....completely. You will not know if your bottle of pills actually has any of the stated ingredients in it. You will not know if your couch is flammable. You will not know if your car is apt to blow up its gas tank....you will not know because government will not be there to protect you from for-profit greed meisters.
Think the last few bubbles were bad? Think that the last residential/commercial/debt bubble was so bad that it nearly took down our financial system if the federal governments around the world had not stepped into with TRILLIONS to save the scumbag bankers from their own lying and gambling?
Think.
The next bubble, already being hatched by wall street, will be much, much, much worse. The governments will not be there to help you even as little as they are doing today. They will only be there to take your tax money AGAIN and give it to Goldman Sachs and Citibank.
Do you realize that the CEO of Citibank snubbed the President of the USA and refused to go to Washington to meet with him? Do you realize the arrogance of this? The CEO of a bailed out bank refused the leader of the American people....he was busy that day.
DO YOU REALIZE ANY OF THIS?
WAKE THE HELL UP!!!!!!!!!!
If I was the CEO of Citibank I would of done the same thing. I guess I would be a little torked off at the people trying to destroy my Bank and constantly derided us for the exact things they are doing. Get real, jump all over Citibank about bad investments when those bad investments were good until the collapse of the housing industry brought about with the governments forced bad loans brought about by Carter then re-enforced by Clinton, who admits he is one of the causes of this mess, and Fannie and Freddie, both created by democrats and ran by congress. So would I have snubbed the President, yes I would of. Step away from the liberal news and brainwashing. Actually look up a few facts. It is frightening the first few times but it is enlightening.

Have you noticed it is a democratic congress, and president and what do you have? The same lobbyest that were there before lining whose pockets? Democrats. Get a wake up call. FDA has been slack for years now and who do you blame, republicans, so when democrats run the show and the same old things keep happening as they have who do you blame? Republicans. You really are a sad, sad person if you do not see just how nuts that sounds. As for what is or is not safe, there are just as many democrats that own these companies as republicans. Why do you think they donate so much to democrats? Because they are republicans? I think not. Soros, big democratic contributor, look at what he is invested in. Obama himself was investing in stocks of companies that backed him. Get real. All these companies are not own just by republicans. If they were then all democrats would be poor as dirt. Please wake up and smell the coffee. You have a real problem with reality.

Oregon Is Disgusting

Barack Obama, who has made ethics a signature issue in his campaign for president, has once again been forced to answer for his own questionable behavior. This according to the New York Times: Less than two months after ascending to the United States Senate, Barack Obama bought more than $50,000 worth of stock in two speculative companies whose major investors included some of his biggest political donors. One of the companies was a biotech concern that was starting to develop a drug to treat avian flu. In March 2005, two weeks after buying about $5,000 of its shares, Mr. Obama took the lead in a legislative push for more federal spending to battle the disease.

Notice how he wanted taxes paid into this biotech company he was invested in and invested in him.

Moreover, Mr. Obama invested in a satellite company, Skyterra Communications, whose backers have raised more than $150,000 for Obama’s political committees.(One of these individuals is also the subject of an FBI investigation involving public corruption in Albany, NY, the Times reports.)

So let's hear about how "clean" the the democrats are and start with Obama.

Wow, name calling...is that the best you can do? I guess Anndee really does have you beat if you have no real counterpoint and the best you can do is call her names, but that is the fall back of the unintelligent and the small minded. Will you call her a racist next?
I'm glad you don't represent or speak for the America I have been raised in and grown to love.

Osama may not even be an issue and 9-11 may never had happened if William Jefferson Clinton taken OBL any one of the three times he was offered.
But Billy boy didn't want to upset the apple cart the next election was more important than our security.
That's what the president is getting paid for.

UPDATE: Looks like Joseph D. and Dan Riehl were onto something. Maybe.
The /Cleveland Plain Dealer/ tells us <http://www.cleveland.com/open/index.ssf/2010/... ; that Ellie has been identified. She is a nice old grandma type who made a little mistake. Nothing to see here, folks. Move along.
Except ...
Except that they have an update which reads:
UPDATE: The Plain Dealer has now talked to two different people
claiming to be Barbara Brooks. One says the real Ellie Light is her
husband; the other, husky-voiced, says she’s divorced. The story
below was posted based on an interview with the husky-voiced version.
You thought that was weird? You haven’t seen weird.
Now we get to the strangest part of all. Gawker picks up on the Facebook page entry by Barbara Brooks, mentioned above, in this post <http://gawker.com/5457424/ellie-light-is-not-... ;.
And then it gets bizarre. Brooks says the Ellie Light on Smerconish’s show was *her ex-husband*. Who sounds, according to her, like a woman.(?!?!)
Meanwhile, Gawker says, there is another Ellie Light sending around her phone number.
I called it this morning, after receiving it indirectly, and invited her to lunch.
No response.
Stay tuned!
Maybe this is how Acorn voter fraud intertains themself during the off season

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Leo

This is one of those days when money slips through your fingers in no time at all unless you're very vigilant about your spending habits. Unfortunately, it will be difficult to stop yourself splashing out whenever the fancy takes you, whether or not you can afford it. You're especially drawn to tempting little treats and luxurious indulgences.
