That´s a real pitty, because it won´t be the same if some of the actors of the previous movies are absent.

I don't even want to see the new Mummy movie if Rachel Weisz isn't in it. She ruined it by being a jerk. Hey Rachel Weisz you dumb b=tch you only had fans because of The Mummy movies and now you lost them. Rachel your ugly gapped toothed azz should have been happy to play in this movie because all your others have flopped. Thanks for ruining the only movie that I had been looking forward to this summer you bloody bugs bunny looking unibrowed tea drinking skank!!

I agree with them... Mummy was good in Egypt... In asia it just breaks a myth... the myth...

Hey Nichole, relax..... She´s got an Oscar, remember? And it definitely wasn´t because of this movie. And if you think the Mummy will be so bad without her, well than you just confirm that she is damn good. So stop being nasty.

Rachel Weisz didn't make the movie because she didn't want to have a kid that old . How sad that she forgot that it's a movie and know one will actually think she is so old . As for her Oscar did you see that movie ? It sucked and she was in it for such a short time I'm surprised she was even nominated . At least in the Mummy movies she looked good , she looks like a different person in all her other films not in a good way . As for her having a kid so what so does Brendan Fraser , three in fact, much younger than the one he will have in the movie yet he didn't feel people would think he was too old . It's a shame vanity won out when it came to her choosing not to make the movie .

Rachel did not make the movie because she read the script and knew it was going to be bad, not because of her vanity and there were stories circulating on how bad the script was months before shooting. You should read up on things because you comment.

Her publicist released the news that her main objective to making the movie was that it was ridiculous for her to have a child that old . Since you feel you are closer to her than someone she pays to release news maybe we should all ask you what she is up to instead . Maybe you should read up on things BEFORE you comment .
