Brandy sued for $50M in deadly car crash

IT is terrible what happen to that young lady. It will be something that Brandy will have to live with for the rest of her life. But will giving money to her parents replace the joy having their daughter?

Are you saying Brandy should not go to prison or be sued because she is a celebrity?

Brandy's too cute to go to prison...unless it's the sort of women's prison we see in the pornos.

Sentence her to some kind of community service work that involves wet t-shirt.

Regardless of who she is, she still must be held accountable for her actions by the same standards we face. Money won't bring back a dead person, but it can help in the healing process.

It was an accident. I'm sure the family is grieving, but come on--$50M?? Please!! They wasted no time trying to "cash in" on the situation, and I think that is shameful. Are they also suing the driver of the car that ACTUALLY struck and killed the woman? I doubt it. They're just looking for a pay day like every other greedy SOB these days. Despicable.

I Agree. Brandy is a non-talented ugly assed girl.She is also jealous of beyonce because beyonce is so much more talented than her ugly ass. I hope that family of the girl that brandy killed get all her money and more.

Brandy should definiatly be charged and sued for killing that woman in the crash. She probably was not paying attention while dematting that ugly hair weave of hers.

You are right about the amount but the court will reduce the amount and do away with much of the greed.

Sorry but she is legally responsible, not the driver who actually struck the dead woman, because her accident pushed the other person's car into the other lane. Maybe $50M is too high but who can put a price on a life?

It might be both and if her financial advisors did their job, they would have additional insurance on her for more liability coverage. The facts will come out in time.
