I think it was more of concern, being in the type of environment that she's in (fashion) it can be hard on a young girl to try to look super skinny and go about it in an unhealthy way. With all that being said I think it was just in comparison to the last time we saw her or I even looked back to the arena bowl. Again it could just be that she was in baggy clothes which makes her look skinner anyway. I dont think any disrespect was intended
