Hey rollercoaster mom. I'm not sure if it was my post that confused you. They no longer have anything to do with the Philly Soul. I believe there was a reorganization, and Jon is no longer involved.

I posted that Q&A from 2009 bc Jon sort of got into why he's frustrated with the league. I apologize if I confused you.

Jon sold his interest in the Soul and is no longer an owner.

Thanks for the update! My kids just bought me a soul shirt off of E-bay and they had my name put on the back. THey thought I wouldn't wear it if Jon wasn't part of the Soul. I tell them that he doesn't have ownership, but still has a interest for them. Maybe Jon could buy the Browns and get that team to win some games! They have not done well since the original team moved to Baltimore! Jon has a golden touch, maybe he could help Cleveland to have a winning football team for a change!LOL

Aww your kids are so sweet ;-) A soul shirt with your name on the back is still a very cool gift. It can commemorate when Jon did own the team, and made them champions. I'm sure Jon would be proud ;-)

The game was in my hometown, FOXBORO, MA!!! I live 10 minutes away from the stadium and it never fails that I get stuck in Patriot's game day traffic every time they have a home game. Painful day for the Pats, can't believe Jon drove the snow covered streets in MA to make it to Gillette Stadium. To think we could have been stuck in traffic side by side!:) I've never ever met him, but he frequents the stadium and surrounding shops/restaurants in the area. For 25 years I've seen Bon Jovi play anytime they are in MA!

Not into rugby :), but I am watching the Australian Open.

I vote for the other cities! I love my Cleveland teams, but here in Cleveland we don't look to make the superbowl, we are happy when our teams just win a game! LOL. I love my minor leauge baseball team here in Lake County, Ohio called the Captains! They do very well. They won their championship last summer and I hope they do it again!

I thought he was from jersey? Hanging with the patriots?
