Judged: 1 I hope you are right about Ava staying with Richie. I feel so bad for her. That poor kid had enough already. |

Judged: 1 Whether this was: * an intentional suicide attempt * just another situation where her meds were out of whack and she made it worse by drinking too * meds were OK but she made the mistake of drinking and that combination brought about the need for a 911 call ...no matter which of those it was, Heather should definitely be viewed (at least for the forseeable future) as someone who can not be left unattended. The enabling needs to stop. No more 'spas' where she gets massages and goes horseback riding to address her 'stress'. It's time for her family to convince her she needs REAL rehab. Otherwise the next headline will be about her funeral. You're right Mili, poor Ava. |

This woman is a train wreck! She needs some help and serious help at that. How do the paps get this info anyway? Are there really people hanging out in front of her house just eagerly waiting to see what Heather's going to do next? I thought hospital stays were confidential. Or is someone leaking this (I'm leaning toward someone in Heather's camp...bad publicity is better than no publicity)?

They would have seen it come up on the police records which all tabloids etc watch constantly. If Heather's sister had taken her to hospital in a car then no one would have had a clue
I believe that there is a website which actually lists all calls made to emergency services in LA but I can't remember where it is now |
Thanks for the info! |

Judged: 1 1 1 "Sources directly connected with Heather's family tell TMZ ... yesterday was not an isolated incident. Heather has been struggling with prescription drugs for a long time. In fact, sources say Heather checked in to an L.A. area rehab facility last October and stayed 2 weeks." Assuming this source is accurate, it would be the first time I've ever seen an acknowledgement from her inner circle that she has problems. All we've ever heard in the past is that she is 'addressing her anxiety'. It's about time they stopped coddling her. If you can't privately convince her to get help, sometimes the last resort is to publicly shame her into facing her demons. Make it clear to her that her pal CC Yorke is no longer going to make statements to the press about stress or anxiety or any other nonsense. From now on honesty is what will be put forward. Remove the shield they've surrounded her with and stop protecting her. Since she's been used to that for so long it will probably be somewhat of a shock to her, but it's for her own good. Obviously, this is not a problem she, or those closest to her, can make better on her/their own. |

This is just so horribly sad. Her family needs to get tough with her including Richie. It is a tough situation for all.

Judged: 2 1 1 Richie is doing EXACTLY the right thing and being a responsible parent, keeping Ava's routine normal, letting her hang out with her friends and do everything she was scheudled to do; when/IF her mother is well again, she will spend time with her as they normally do. Until then, Ava is safe, happy, living HER life and not sitting around waiting for her mother to sort her life out. This is not a situation that comes as a shock to any of the Sambora/Locklear family, this is something they have dealt with regularly UNFORTUNATELY. Ava needs stability and normalcy amidst the chaos that addiction has unfortunately brought to her mother's life, as well as her father's. The child cannot have her development held back because of issues with her mother. I applaud her amazing strength and the support that Richie is clearly giving her. Truly amazing. What a child they have managed to raise. |

Parents say she is going to be ok. That is such a terrible pic of her and all the tabloids seem to be using it, typical!! |
