bonjoviboxoffice tickets, is it a scam

I have bought 4 tickets for the o2 through the bonjoviboxoffice.com website. It looked genuine, read terms and conditions whcih all appearred legit and it was an encrypted site with the yellow padlock. Read in Daily Mirror a warning about the site. I'm now concerned that I wont get the tickets Has anyone else used them??

Hopefully you don't get burnt. Seems to me they are nothing more than a scalper/broker that has setup a fancy website just to sell their Bon Jovi tickets

2.Bonjoviboxoffice.com is an Independent Ticket Agency operating in the Secondary Market specializing in the re-sale of Bon Jovi tickets at premium prices. We are not connected directly with any of the Bon Jovi organizers, promoters, acts or sites.

See this side too. I found no name or address from this boxoffice. So it seems to me not very credible. I send the link to the fanclub last week. I'm waiting for an answer. When I get more information I post it. Angie hope for you everything is o.k.

They are connected with other sites which did not provide the tickets but took your money

I hope you get your tickets. Can you call your credit card company and dispute the charges if you don't get your tickets?

Unfortunately you will have a very long wait from what I've heard. These people are scammers, if you paid by credit card contact the provider and they will get the money back for you.

Simon, I checked out the website and it looked ok, as I paid with a debit I cant get my money back so just have to keep our fingers crossed. I tried to stop the payment but it was pending and the bank said they could do nothing about it as its not classed as a fraud. I could kick myself, should have stuck with ticketmaster.

Tried to log on to this website to check it out and can't! Hope for your sake that it hasn't vanished

Hi this is East Coast Tickets and I too have been brought into this horrible mess. We had a phone call a few weeks ago wanting to buy us out and offered us a large amount of money which would be credited on the 1st November so we undertook there sales and processed them via our machine. Please all of you who have brought via these wankers go to the police and report it

As I say we have been sucked into this scam and I stand to loose my business etc when I got worried I contacted my local police CID who took all the details etc and they have passed to major fraud at Met police

If you have paid via card and you dont get the tickets make a chargeback and the banks has frroze my assets so you should be ok but I have lost thousands and i cant use card for legite sales no more till matter resolved

If there site still up DONT BUY from them !!!!
