Well, Peaches has still not returned from her confession session (lol), I think she was given about 120,000,000 Hail Mary's to say & the priest has since been admitted to the psych ward (or the 'nerrrrrrrvous' hospital!)

A lone Woman stepped with confidence to the one Person that had shown Her friendship through trying days and months. As She approached, She felt the sting of a small object attack Her flesh. She started to speak again to the Person but the sting of objects grew. She stood straighter and spoke, easily side stepping the projectiles She could see. Just a few at first. All coming from in front of Her. In defense She started picking up the objects and flinging them back as they came. Instead of listening, She saw Them bend down and pick up something to throw, becoming caught up in the momentum of the Crowd that continued to gather. The noise and bites grew louder and more painful as She screamed to be heard. Whirling and trying to fend off the projectiles, the Woman soon became overwhelmed by the Masses and noises of Their accusations. The objects piled up around Her, higher and more constricting, taking Her breath away. The cacophony of Voices overwhelming Her senses. In Her agitation She didn't see the Person pick up the largest object, only looking up in time to see the smile on Their face as she was hit by the biggest blow of all.

And the Woman was stoned.

<<<<<< Took the kids to see "Chicago" last night. It was awesome. I always love that show. My son grumbled the whole way there...hates singing and dancing...I told him he could use a little culture since his nose is usually buried in video games...he ended up laughing most of the night and really got into some of the songs...however, he refused to admit he enjoyed it...I know he did because he sat next to me last night...

<<<<<<< Holy crap, just walked back in from helping our neighbors 2 doors down. Their house was on fire! My oldest just went outside to play & he came running in screaming "Andy's house is on fire!!!" I grabbed the phone & was running outside & saw all this black smoke everywhere! OMG, it was so frightening! A man driving past just quickly parked in my driveway & went running over & grabbed a shovel & started to help the homeowner & my husband who were out there with garden hoses spraying. The man with the shovel was a fireman (can you believe it) & he started breaking the drywall down in the garage as the flames were actually behind the wall! Poor dear man burnt his hand as he reached for the snowblower & threw it out on the lawn. Wow...still can't believe it all. My husband is such a man of strength. He just grabbed the hose & ran over quickly & was spraying everywhere that he saw flames. My little guy went running back to our house where we have a (rather large) statue of the Virgin Mary & I saw him kneel down & start praying....omg....I'm so emotional right now....

How terrifying for them. I couldn't imagine going through that. They are going to need alot of prayers. Good thoughts to your neighbors.

OMG. How horrible that must be. Hope your neighbours are ok and your little one's prayers have been listened.
