I had heard that he has a vocal coach and has had voice lessons too.
At a recent show they did "Always" and Jon's voice was amazing. There is a youtube of it on this forum somewhere. |

He needs a vocal coach - all smart singers should have one. The wear and tear on your vocal chords can be immense given their schedule -- its been good coaching and guidance over the years that have allowed him to remain at the top of his game. |
