I bought DMB tickets for a show tonight in NYC and the 3rd party they used (TICKET DUGOUT) to get the tickets, sent me far left seats when the site said 4th row CENTER.
Bait and switch. Scum. We'll see how they handle it and i'll report back. If they do right, i'll come back to you all. If not, I wouldn't use them. I have bought tickets from many online vendors and never gotten shagged until now. Sucks. |

I had a rather bad experience with TicketLiquidators and would strongly advise against using them. I was trying to buy last minute tickets to a 'broadway' show in Portland OR. I went to ticket liquidators because they seemed to be the only place that had tickets and there were just a very few tickets left with highly inflated prices. It was meant to be a very special occasion with my daughter so I said why not and clicked to purchase. A moment later I realized that the show they were selling me tickets for was not in a week but was in 12 months! I immediately e-mailed them and pleaded my case. I begged, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge etc etc and ticket liquidators flat out refused to give any kind of refund. They had sold me tickets for an event for which tickets didn't even exist yet, for which no dates were yet finalized, 12 months in the future and they said sorry it's too late, there's no way we can refund any of your money. They charged me about $200 for 2 $40 upper second balcony tickets.
Admittedly I clicked purchase and was misled by the format of their webpage into thinking it was a show in a week not a year, so I can't claim they are a complete scam, but they are about as close to a scam as you can get without strictly breaking the law. I think if you're desperate, and you're really really careful, you can use them and they will get you some sort of ticket to the show you order for, but really they are not the kind of company you want to do business with. |

I bought three tickets to Mary Poppins through Ticket Liquidator that had a face value of $63 each. They charged me $83 for the tickets and on top of that, charged a service fee of $15 PER TICKET and another delivery fee of $15 and 13% tax on top of that. To make matters worst, the tickets were marketed as Row A Balcony when they were on the third balcony at the end of the corridor. The seats were not even there...someone put three chairs and assumed we could see the stage from that angle...you couldn't even see half of the stage from there. This website is misleading and takes advantage of you. Next time, I'll go through the box office...I'll probably save money and get better information.

This was the first time I used ticketliquidator.com
I was a little skeptical about using a new service, because I usually use stubhub.com , and have been very pleased with their service, BUT for some reason they did not have the seats or the price I was looking for. Ticketliquidator.com had a better row, seat and was about $50.00 bucks cheaper than anyone else. When I called,(I believed her name was Tracy) she was very professional and answered any questions that I had. It was not an answer like, I think so, maybe or I really don’t know. She had the answer and made me feel comfortable about spending the $256.00 bucks on the tickets for the game that was the very next day. I picked the tickets up at will call and they were exactly the tickets that I was looking for. Everything went smoothly and I will use their service again. James E. Warsaw, In. |

Do not use ticket liquidators. We paid twice the price for our tickets that we could have gotten from ticketmaster. They are a big ripoff

TOTAL RIP OFF - I puchased tickets on the premise of thier web site claim being 15% less than other sites. After all Ticket Liquidators fee's and actual face value of the seats. I paid twice as much as I should have. TOTAL RIP OFF.

I ordered tickets through ticket liquidator for a show at Pantages in LA. The tickets cost over $100 apiece and when they arrived (and it was prompt) the face value for each ticket was UNDER $60.
Would I use ticket liquidator again? NO WAY!!! BIG, HUGE RIPOFF!!! |
|
Yea they're a scam they even have people making fake revews on them about how great they are and have no problems -_______- bunch a lameasses. If you need an event ticket go to the sites of the direct person n read their posts if they say not to buy them from anywhere else then don't. I was reading the ones for coachella it said DO NOT BUY FROM A 3rd PARTY sure enought ticket liquidators were selling it before they where available. One pass covers all 3 days, liquidators was trying to sell them one at a time for 500 each! Bah! Don't trust them period |

When Ticket Liquidators pulled their "Bait & Switch" with me on my 49er tickets, by giving me $20 nosebleed seats instead of the $200 seats I bought. Of course being Disabled, I knew I couldn't go! But I took a chance & called the ticket booth at Candlestick Park & they traded those trash tickets for Awesome handicapped seats. They were angry cuz TL has pulled bait n switches on alot of their Fans.. They said people need to go to the source, I.E. box offices, etc.. to assure they won't be conned again.. Thanks Candlestick Pk...

Ticket Liquidators is a scam web site. They will send you the tickets but will MASSIVELY overcharge for the tickets. I bought Rise Against tickets for over $100 a piece and later found out that they were only $40 each from the venue. Don't be fooled!!!

Never tried ticketliquidator, heard that they have tons of hidden fees. I use stubdepot and they have no fees or service charges which I like!! Prices are a little higher but you save in the end..

The prices on ticket Liquidator are very, very high. It is higher then the original ticket price for any events. So, please be very careful when buying tickets from tickets liquidator.
