How would you feel if Richie would had done Rock of love?

Oh, I admit, if Richie were on such a show, I would have watched it...just because it was Richie... but I can't say that my opinion of Rich would have improved... It would have been like passing a car wreck on the highway...you don't want to look, but can't help yourself... I would have watched...and I would have lost respect for him. So, I admire the hell out of him for turning down Vh1's money and publicity... It speaks a great deal about his character.

At the very least, I would have watched just to see if Jon, Tico, etc ctopped by.

There is no way the show would be respectful or it wouldn't have any viewers. It would be the same caliber as Brett's version was, IMO.

Richie laughed in the interview I heard of him when asked about the show..he said he didn't need a show to get girls! I think he thought it was all a big joke!

Yes I think he was very entertained by all the rumors and I don't think he anticipated getting as much attention for it as he did. I don't really thik he needs a show to get attention, cash or laid for that matter.

Check this out.Bret Michaels is playing at our local Fair this week...He is a character allright...But I cant help or couldnt help to watch his show..I love to hear him talk..He would make a great DJ ..Oh yeah with Whitesnake..I think he headlines tho

If David Coverdale is back with Whitesnack you should check it out...they were really good!

I love his show and I really like Bret...what I like about him is that he doesn't hide the fact that he is a rock 'n roller and that he likes sex and sexy women...and don't kid yourself...jbj and rs love the same type of women fawning all over them...they just don't make it as obvious...

I agree with you Somemora, Jon and Rich do like that kind of woman... What red blooded, American man doesn't??? I just think Jon and Rich have enough sense not to put a houseful of them together and then pick one or two out like a kid picks out a puppy. It's degrading. And the women they pick for the show have little to no morals. Should they be nuns? That's not what I'm saying, but I have stepped in deeper puddles. Hubby and I watched about fifteen minutes of one episode once and his comment, "Their parents must be so proud...at least whores get paid". I can honestly say that if either of my daughter were to ever go on such a show, I would be mortified. I would hope that I raised them better than that.

I got all excited there thinking the thread said "how would you feel if Richie would have done Rocky Horror Picture Show" all ready to burst in saying Richie would be the best franknfurter ever then I saw it was that Rock of Love, watched one episode and that Heather lassie alone was enough to put me off! Glad he didn't go on it

They only go on that show for the notoriety and I guess, for them, if they get some from Bret, they're ahead of the game...I guess one man's trash is another man's treasure.

If Richie had done Rock of Love I would have been really upset. I think Poison is a great band and Bret Michaels is hot and everything...but to me that show seems like its pure trash. Its disgusting. Richis is WAY better than that! I am glad the rumor wasnt true.

I would have to send him a Howler letter.

There is ONE great reality show on TV...A&E channel...called "The First 48"....it follows homicide detectives from different cities as they try to find the murderers. It's sad on the one hand that people are so brutually murdered but on the other hand it's fascinating to watch the inner workings of a murder investigation. I never miss it!
