How would you feel if Richie would had done Rock of love?

I would have been going off if he did. I couldn't see richie on there with all those girls and everything else. I wouldn't mind going on that show if richie was on there. I happy that he did on. Richie is too big to be on a show like that.

I would have been PISSED! In my own mind, there is NO WAY that Richie freaking Sambora should demean himself by going on a trash reality show with bean-bag-boobed bimbos trying for their 15 minutes of fame.

Was SO relieved this was NOT TRUE!

Yeah he is too big to go on some show like that. I would like to know who started that rumor.

He laughed out loud when asked if he was going to do the show...I think that says it all!

I think Richie has alittle more class than that! Besides, his brothers would probably beat the shit out of him if he did.LOL

I do remember someone asking him that...Saw it on a clip.. cant find it tho...I would think it way beneath him to do somthing like that...But if he had..I must admit..I would have watched it

He has ALOT more class and talent than that!

Oh dear, I never heard the rumour but I can't imagine someone of Richie's caliber on that skank filled show. Haha, I think I would have been too disappointed in him to watch. I saw one episode of ROL with Bret Micheals and his Wig and I was embarrassed for all involved. Haha

Why does Bret Michael even do that show? He's cute...and I'm sure he can get a date without all that drama. It must be the money!

I still to this day think Brett Michaels is pretty Hot for his age...I dont know why he would have done it either....other than Money.....I just love his voice..singing or just talking..He is not Jonny Hot but hot none the less

i would watch it for sure even though i cant stand the show but i love him and i would just want to see what he was like on there. But im so glad he didnt do it.. he doesnt need to stoop down to that level.. he can get women in real life 24/7 he aint that hard up for a woman-- we dont need to bring trailer trash on a tv show... dumb ditzes. They give women a bad name.

I think he's really cute although the headband look is dated and all...he has beautiful eyes though and I liked him when he was with Poison.

Yea I agree..he seems like a really sweet, friendly guy. I think the whole story of him and his diabetic condition is interesting..he said people would see him giving himself his insulin shots and think he was doing drugs.

Honestly, I have to say that I was always a fan of Brett and Poison (you know, back in the day...) but, when he did Rock, I kinda lost respect for him. Seeing him with all of those women, NONE of which were okay, I'm gonna say it..."nice girls" just made me go "You're not 'looking for love', you are looking for a good lay!" Maybe I will get slammed for my opinion, but that was my impression. Brett struck me as intelligent and you think he would have been smarter than to try and look for "true love" with a bunch of fake and bake stripper rejects. I have to say that if Richie had done such a show, I probably would have thought the same of him. I am so glad that he turned it down, words cannot describe!(Although, I would LOVE to see some kind of Bon Jovi reality show.. you know, kinda like when they did Bon Jovi TV...it was so interesting to see what all went on when they made their album.)

If Richie would have done that show I would have lost some respect but still had been a fan...anyone that does that type of show has got to be desperate for women......no respectful girl that you could introduce to Mom or Ava would sign up...probably would have watched it but grumbled the whole way through...don't think much of Brett after he did it...

I am saying this as a Brett fan but I personally think he's really into that whole rock star stuff...he's still stuck in the 80's appearance wise so I'm not surprised he did the show. I think Richie is maybe a bit more mature IMAGE wise and while he's still a rock star he's grown out of the whole rock star bit.

Brett gots TONS of publicity for doing that show...they probably paid him very well and like I said I think a lot of his act is still stuck back there in the 80's when he was young and very cool.

He seems like a nice guy. I think he probably does it for the money and publicity though. Two things Richie just doesn't need. Brett has 2 small daughters I think.

To me it's just the rock version of "THE BACHELOR"

I somehow got hooked when there was a ROL marathon right before the Season 1 finale. Then, of course, I watched ROL 2 and really thought Brett made a good choice in Ambre -- too bad things didn't work out.

You have to wonder if the format would have been different with Richie instead of Brett -- Still in CA? Still under one roof? Same weekly contests (ie Mud Bowl 3)?

At the very least, I would have watched just to see if Jon, Tico, etc ctopped by.
