BonJovi.com questions

Hi
i have some questions about joining Bj.com .

1.Does it cost anything?
2.I signed up for an account but when i went to log in it said "You must update your profile before logging in"
So what does that mean? I cant get on my profile without being logged in right? I have no idea what to do. I tried to send them a message and it woulnt go through for some reason.
Can any of you help me out here?

It costs nothing and the best part is, Obie, the band's long time engineer answers (or darts, depending on who you ask) questions directly. They want to know a little bit about you before they let you go stomping all over the site, which has tons of songs and videos, etc.)

When you signed up, they should have emailed you a link to long in and build your profile. If you never received a link, try setting up your account again and see what happens..

know about Obie..thats why I really wanna get on there....Itreid redoing the account. Its says duplicate username and password. I change the username and password. then it says this email has alredy been submitted, so you can go to log in. I dont know what to do. I never got an email from them. PLUS I tried using a different email along with different password adn username but it stilll says I have given the emil to them before even though I have never given them THAT email. I have no idea what to do :[

Obie's the one why I'd like to sign up too. But I have got the same problem. They write that they'll send me an email to confirm my account... but nothing happened yet. I tried another e-mail adress... nothing happens... So I think they've got a problem.

Ok I tried to log in and the same thing happens again. The I go to log in info. They ask for my email then they sent me a message with my a new password in it that I am supposed to use to log in. I used it....same thing happens!! What the heck is wrong????!!!!! I wrote the site and explained it to them so we will see what they say once they reply.
Any one have any ideas? Im desperate!

I'm curious if they gonna answer your question. Maybe they still have problems cause if I remember right, the site was down a few days or weeks ago? I'm gonna try it again after my vacation.

Sounds like the website has crashed - too many people joining obviously!

I get so frustrated with Obie though - I have asked a few really interesting questions and NEVER had a reply!
Although I do chuckle over his answers to everyone elses questions!!!
He has a very dry wit - he can come to dinner with Jon and I someday!
