I am not really sure what "the point" of this article is - I, personally did not like the way it was written.

While I fully understand her frustration - women need to be careful with this sort of behavior - the gov already thinks we are stupid we don't need him thinking we are nuts too.

On the other hand, maybe she sould be applauded for showing the gov exactly what he is doing to women with his nonsense rules & regulations & laws regarding women's health issues-to my knowledge he has no medical background so is not in a position to determine what is best.
