Beyonce may face court over song theft allegations

Pop Legend Beyonce' Knowles may have to make an appearance in a Los Angeles court after the writer of a song Beyonce' performed on her mother's birthday recognised the song as her own.

The song Happy Birthday was originally written by sisters Patty Hill and Mildred J. Hill and the song has gained worlwide sucess but that didn't stop 27 year old Beyonce' from stealing the song and changing some of the lyrics and trying to pass it off as her own song.
Patty Hill explained, "We heard from a friend that Beyonce' had peformed the song and changed the lyrics- instead of saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, she sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MAMA TINA- did she think we wouldn't recognise our own song?".

The lawyer of the original writers said, "If we all multi talented and multi faceted legends like Beyonce' to do what they want without being stopped- how can we call ourselves a democracy, we hope to take this matter to court and we hope to make it clear that Beyonce' will not get away with stealing songs- not no more."

This is not the first time Beyonce' has performed a song and changed the lyrics to try and pass them off as her own, according to sources at Beyonce's headquaters in Houston called The WigCrypt, Beyonce' performed the song "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow" on her sister's birthday but exchanged the word "he" and replaced it with "she"

i cant stand Beyonce' she thinks just because she can sing she can go about stealing songs, i hope they take her to court and get every penny.
