The reason the media focuses so hard on Beyonce' is because she has something hot, im not a B fan but its so obvious. She can sing, write and do so many things plus shes beautiful and doesnt do anything really bad or controversial so the media like that because it means her fans buy any thing she's on, magazines, cds, movies.

Well just because beyonce got more grammys janet still has more soultrains,achomplishments,and beyonce is 25 and Janet when she was 25 she had way more achomplishments then beyonce has and sold more records then beyonce has cause if you cont only her solo carrer beyonce aint that great and out of the girls in destinys child she had the worst voice(the only reason why she was the head singer was because her dad was the manager).And I dont know what interview you saw but I have seen atleast 5 inter views were she said she looks up to Janet.

Beyonce does copy janet and if you dont belive me go to youtube.com and look at the dance beyonce did at the American Music Awards and compare it to what Janet did for her song Rythm Nation for her All4U tour and also grammys are the only awards that beyonce has more of then Janet probally but janet has way more awards for other awards then beyonce.(also she has more acomplishments)
